We're a patchwork of the people our lives have bought us into contact with and the stories they've told us. If we're going to see a different future then the obvious place to start is listening to and telling stories.
What will Glasgow be like in the year 2020? What will Glaswegians be like? How will people live, where will they make friends, how will they move around? Will life get worse? Will it improve?
The Glasgow 2020 Story Writing competition is a chance to write a fictional story about Glasgow in 2020. You could write about a day, an event, a place or a person in 2020. Christmas 2020? Hogmonay 2020? Haircuts in 2020? Pets in 2020? The choice is yours.
